Chelsea Carpenter
Executive Director, Tennessee FFA Foundation
Carpenter leads the Tennessee FFA Foundation's statewide efforts to support agricultural education, youth leadership development, and career readiness. She is focused on expanding opportunities for Tennessee FFA members by strengthening partnerships across the state’s agricultural and educational ecosystems. Carpenter previously worked to support agriculture in rural communities through Farm Credit Mid‑America and served as program coordinator for leadership development at Purdue University’s John Martinson Honors College. As a former FFA member and state officer, she witnessed the impact of agricultural education and leadership development. A graduate of Tennessee Tech University, Carpenter served as the 2015-16 Tennessee FFA state president.
