Dr. Lisa Patel
Executive Director, Medical Society Consortium on Climate & Health
In addition to her work at the Medical Society Consortium on Climate & Health, Dr. Patel also serves as clinical associate professor of pediatrics at Stanford School of Medicine. She is a member of the executive committee for the American Academy of Pediatrics Council on Environmental Health and Climate Change and is a former Presidential Management Fellow for the Environmental Protection Agency. Patel received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Stanford University, a master’s in environmental sciences from the Yale School of the Environment, a medical degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and completed training in pediatrics at the University of California San Francisco.
