Taj Ahmad Eldridge

At JFFLabs, Eldridge leads a cross-functional team focused on advancing solutions at the intersection of climate and workforce development. With more than 25 years of experience as an investment professional, Eldridge has deep expertise in entrepreneurship, business strategy, fundraising, venture capital, and strategic planning. Prior to joining JFF, he cofounded Include Venture Partners, an organization that invests in diverse founders and fund managers who are committed to building innovative ecosystems and also worked with the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator. Eldridge holds bachelor’s degrees in poetry and literature from Texas A&M University at Commerce, an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and a Ph.D. in geopolitical economics from Claremont Graduate University.
