Dr. Amy Moreland

Assistant Vice Chancellor for Policy & Strategy at the Tennessee Board of Regents — The College System of Tennessee

Dr. Moreland leads research and innovation projects focused on student success, including work on corequisite learning support, student success coaching, dual enrollment, and employment outcomes for graduates of TBR’s community and technical colleges. Before joining TBR, Moreland served as assistant vice president for institutional effectiveness and assistant professor of political science at Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas. She holds a Ph.D. in political science from Texas Tech University.
