Dr. Keri Randolph

Executive Director, Chattanooga 2.0

Randolph serves as executive director of Chattanooga 2.0, the cradle-to-career collaborative of Chattanooga-Hamilton County. Chattanooga 2.0’s focus areas include kindergarten readiness, literacy and math success in K-12, college and career ready graduates, postsecondary attainment, and thriving wages for young adults. Previously, Randolph served as chief strategy officer for Metro Nashville Public Schools, where she launched the district vision of Every Student Known and oversaw the investment of more than $600 million in service of students. She also served as assistant superintendent of innovation in Hamilton County Schools and as vice president of learning at the Public Education Foundation in Chattanooga. Randolph taught high school science for 10 years in North Carolina and has worked for more than 15 years in educator preparation programs in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Louisiana. She earned her undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Agnes Scott College, a master’s in education from East Carolina University, and a doctorate in educational leadership from Harvard University.
