Dr. Annette Tudor
Director of Schools, Bristol Tennessee City Schools
Dr. Tudor has over 30 years of experience in public education as a teacher and administrator. She began her career as a special education teacher and has since served in multiple leadership roles, including assistant principal and district-level supervisor of curriculum and instruction. Since 2019, Tudor has led Bristol Tennessee City Schools, focusing on student success, strategic planning, and community partnerships. She has served on state committees including the Tennessee Department of Education committee that informed and shaped the state’s Launch: Equitable & Accelerated Pathways for All initiative, as well as the Tennessee Investment in Student Achievement (TISA) steering committee. Tudor is active in the Bristol Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Bristol and was recently named the 2026 Tennessee Superintendent of the Year. She holds degrees from Emory & Henry College (now Emory & Henry University), Old Dominion University, and East Tennessee State University.
