Sarah Robinson Chin

As a member of The Ingram Group, Chin advises organizations on strategy, organizational transformation, and large-scale change management. Most recently, she served as chief strategy officer for Metro Nashville Public Schools, leading enterprise strategy and cross-functional initiatives across one of the nation’s largest school systems. Chin previously served as deputy chief of staff for Indianapolis Public Schools, where she helped lead districtwide transformation efforts spanning operations, talent, finance, and academic strategy. Across nearly two decades of executive leadership, she has built expertise in translating ambitious strategies into measurable results, leading complex organizations through change, and helping leaders harness emerging technologies to improve organizational performance and decision-making. Chin holds a master’s in evidence-based social intervention from the University of Oxford, a master’s in education from Christian Brothers University, and a bachelor’s in English and history from Indiana University-Bloomington.
