Bradley Leon

Leon guides strategy, partnerships, and program design for BlueSky Institute, a nationally recognized partnership with East Tennessee State University that provides accelerated, debt-free pathways into technology and health care careers. Through his leadership, BlueSky Institute connects higher education and industry to address workforce readiness and equity gaps. Leon’s career spans more than two decades across education reform, strategy, and talent development. He previously held senior roles with Teach For America and Memphis-Shelby County Schools, focusing on strategic planning, human capital initiatives, and large-scale organizational change efforts affecting tens of thousands of students. Leon began his career teaching middle school language arts and social studies with Teach For America in New Orleans, an experience that shaped his enduring focus on educational access and economic mobility. Leon holds a bachelor’s in public policy from Occidental College and pursued graduate studies at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
