Curry has been a leader with the Nashville Chamber’s talent team since 2022, uniting stakeholders through initiatives like the Education Report Committee, Academies of Nashville Partnership Council, and the New Skills Ready Nashville grant. His commitment to fostering career pathways and work-based learning has laid the groundwork for substantial advancements in regional workforce development. In his role as chief talent development officer, Curry spearheads innovative strategies that empower the local workforce, expand educational opportunities, and cultivate enduring partnerships that drive Nashville’s economic and community prosperity. Prior to his work at the Nashville Chamber, Curry was in direct service work at Oasis Center, the Martha O’Bryan Center, and AmeriCorps. He graduated from the University of the South and has an MBA from Tennessee Tech.
