Dr. Jeff Moorhouse
Corporate Director of Secondary Programs, Ballad Health, and Director of P20 Initiatives, East Tennessee State University
Before assuming his current roles, Dr. Moorhouse spent 32 years in public education in Northeast Tennessee. His roles included teaching elementary and high school students, serving as principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, and finally as director of schools. Under his leadership, schools and districts were recognized by U.S. News and World Report and Newsweek and also designated as National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. Moorhouse has an extensive track record of building college-going cultures, supporting workforce development, and aligning career-technical education to postsecondary pathways.
