Dr. Keri Randolph

President, Benwood Foundation

Dr. Randolph leads Benwood Foundation, which focuses on place-based philanthropic investments to expand opportunity and long-term prosperity across the Chattanooga-Hamilton County region. She previously served as executive director of Chattanooga 2.0, the area’s cradle-to-career organization, where she led scaled operations alongside major community-wide efforts in early childhood, literacy, education-to-workforce pathways, and postsecondary success. Randolph also served as chief strategy officer for Metro Nashville Public Schools, overseeing federal, entitlement, and philanthropic funds, and leading large-scale student support, tutoring, summer learning, and postsecondary success initiatives. She began her career as a biochemist before becoming a high school science teacher and education leader.
