Latasha Harris
Senior Director of Workforce Strategy, Memphis Medical District Collaborative
In her current role with the Memphis Medical District Collaborative, Harris has transformed a solo operation with a small budget into one of the most effective sector-based workforce programs in Memphis. She has secured over $2.5 million in competitive grants and earned national recognition through publications and conference presentations. Previously, Harris led programs at Communities In Schools of Memphis, scaling student support services while building a culture of internal advancement. She is an alumna of the Aspen Institute’s Workforce Leadership Academy and serves on the Greater Memphis Workforce Development Board. She is former Region 3 Director for the National Association for Workforce Development Professionals.
