Tilita Shaw

Shaw is an accomplished health care leader and registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, including the last decade dedicated to administration, leadership, and clinical education. She brings a strategic focus and deep passion for developing innovative approaches that strengthen workforce pipelines and advance healthcare outcomes. In her role at HCA TriStar, she is responsible for establishing the strategic direction and building the infrastructure for a systemwide approach to academic partnerships. Shaw’s work centers on developing targeted programs that support workforce readiness, enhance educational alignment, and drive the continued advancement of HCA TriStar. She is actively engaged in community leadership, serving on the board of Nurses Middle College Nashville, a public charter high school dedicated to preparing students for careers in health care. She is also a board member of Diabetic Social, a nonprofit organization focused on diabetes education and prevention in underserved communities.
