Bailey is pursuing a master's of public policy in education policy at Vanderbilt University. Before joining SCORE as a graduate fellow in 2025, Bailey taught third-grade reading in Memphis. He graduated with a master's in education from Christian Brothers University in 2022 and a bachelor of arts in political science from Samford University in 2021.
