Ibad is pursuing a master’s in international education policy and management at Vanderbilt University. Prior to joining SCORE in 2025, he worked as a research analyst in strategy consulting and also taught English in a public school through the organization Teach for Pakistan. Ibad earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
