Mary Kate assists SCORE’s policy and government relations team with developing and advocating for our strategic priorities. Before joining SCORE as a graduate fellow in 2025, Mary Kate served as education policy advisor for Alabama Governor Kay Ivey. She graduated from Auburn University in 2022 with a bachelor of science in political science and is currently pursuing a master’s of public policy in education policy at Vanderbilt University.
