As senior director of impact, Arshia works closely with SCORE’s team to ensure alignment between SCORE’s mission and the organization’s strategic priorities and investments. Prior to joining SCORE in 2022, she served as director talent and external affairs at Nashville Classical Charter School. A native of Kentucky, Arshia is a graduate of Centre College and the University of Kentucky College of Law. She began her career in education as a high school English teacher in Metro Nashville Public Schools.
