As senior director of impact and strategic initiatives, Arshia works closely with SCORE’s team to ensure alignment between SCORE’s mission and the organization’s strategic priorities and investments. In addition, she works with partner organizations across Tennessee to advance student success through strategic initiatives. Prior to joining SCORE in 2022, Arshia served as director of talent and external affairs at Nashville Classical Charter School. A native of Kentucky, she is a graduate of Centre College and the University of Kentucky College of Law. She began her career in education as a high school English teacher in Metro Nashville Public Schools.
