Bryce leads policy development and legislative analysis at SCORE, elevating policy advocacy opportunities and providing thought leadership on issues affecting K-12 and postsecondary students in Tennessee. Before joining SCORE in 2019, Bryce managed research and policy work for the Tennessee Educational Equity Coalition. Through AmeriCorps VISTA, he designed and implemented college access programs at the University of Mississippi in partnership with local high schools. Bryce holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Mississippi and a master’s degree in public policy from Vanderbilt University.
