Bryce leads policy development and legislative analysis at SCORE, providing policy support and thought leadership on education issues affecting K-12 and postsecondary students in Tennessee. Prior to joining SCORE in 2019, Bryce managed research and policy advocacy work for the Tennessee Educational Equity Coalition. He began his career with AmeriCorps VISTA at the University of Mississippi’s School of Education, where he designed and implemented various institution-led college access programs for rural underserved students in Mississippi. Bryce holds bachelor’s degrees in international studies and Spanish from the University of Mississippi and a master’s degree in public policy from Vanderbilt University.
