Driven to impact education on a larger scale through evidence-based strategies that help more students, Rachel is currently pursuing an EdD in learning organizations and strategic change at Lipscomb University. Prior to joining SCORE in 2023, Rachel worked as an educator in the public and private sectors. She holds an MEd in elementary education from Vanderbilt University.
