Jeremy conducts policy and research analysis and engages stakeholders across Tennessee to identify and scale what works in education. Previously, Jeremy worked at the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), collaborating across central offices to improve supports for English language learners, students with disabilities, and students in early childhood. Jeremy also served as a Medicaid analyst for DCPS, overhauling policies and procedures to achieve improved funding for students with disabilities. Prior to DCPS, Jeremy managed strategic planning and performance measurement at the Center for Education Reform. Jeremy holds a combined Bachelors/Masters of Arts Degree in Philosophy and Social Policy with a focus in education from American University in Washington, DC.
