Bailey strives to identify solutions that improve outcomes for students, teachers, and communities across Tennessee. Before joining SCORE as a graduate fellow in 2025, Bailey taught third-grade reading in Memphis. He earned a master’s in education from Christian Brothers University and a bachelor of arts in political science from Samford University. He also holds a master’s of public policy in education policy from Vanderbilt University.
