Beth leads SCORE’s efforts to connect education to workforce opportunity and plays a critical role in shaping and executing SCORE’s strategy at the intersection of education, workforce development, and economic development. Prior to joining SCORE in 2026, Beth led workforce strategy for Williamson Health, Ascension, and Turner Construction. She also spent eight years with the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce leading workforce and economic development initiatives and held leadership roles in higher education and Tennessee state government. Beth is passionate about building partnerships that create high-quality career pathways for students while strengthening Tennessee’s workforce and economy.
