Destiny Whitmore

Director of Outreach

Destiny leads SCORE’s strategic outreach and engagement, connecting policy, practice, and advocacy to local and regional initiatives with a focus on improving student outcomes. She began her career in professional sports, strengthening connections between teams, players, and their communities. Prior to joining SCORE in 2026, Destiny led community partnerships at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, using community-informed data to advance health and wellness initiatives. A native Tennessean, she holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in sport commerce from the University of Memphis.
