Erin helps to improve student outcomes through SCORE’s strategic practice work, which is focused on piloting research-based approaches, using those pilots to generate proof points, and then working to spread and scale effective practices. Prior to joining SCORE as a graduate fellow in 2025, Erin worked as a board-certified behavior analyst offering consulting services to private and public education programs. She holds a bachelor’s in English from Saint Joseph’s University, a master’s in autism studies and behavior analysis from Endicott College, and a master’s in public policy from Vanderbilt University.
