Dr. Zachary Hyder

In his role as research fellow, Zac specifically supports education-to-work initiatives through policy research. Prior to joining SCORE in 2023, Zac earned a bachelor’s degree from UT Knoxville and a master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, and international education policy from the University of Maryland, College Park. He completed a doctorate in educational leadership and policy studies at UT Knoxville in the fall of 2024. Zac is from East Tennessee.
