JD and Brad provide a briefing about the new BlueSky initiative. Launched in partnership with East Tennessee State University, the Institute offers an accelerated tech degree program for Tennessee students. In just over two years, participating students earn not only a bachelor of science in computing from ETSU but also earn a tangible job offer from BlueCross.
