Ashley leads SCORE’s advocacy efforts, which includes creating and leading advocacy, outreach, and engagement strategies focused on ensuring that all Tennessee students can succeed in college, career, and life. Prior to joining SCORE in 2020, Ashley served as director of state government relations for Metro Government of Nashville and Davidson County and worked as Tennessee state manager for Save the Children Action Network. Ashley serves as board chair for the Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee Young Leaders Board and is an active member of the Junior League of Nashville. A native of Crossville, Tennessee, and a public school graduate, she holds a B.A. in political science from Tennessee Tech University.
