Ëric leads SCORE’s pursuit of operational excellence, supporting the organization’s policy, advocacy, and innovation efforts by ensuring best-in-class nonprofit infrastructure and driving strategic process improvement. Prior to joining SCORE in 2022, Ëric worked in higher education, for nonprofits of all sizes, and in state government — including at the Tennessee Department of Education, where her roles included director of licensure and operations in the office of educator licensure and preparation. She holds a master’s degree in public administration and a graduate certificate in public policy from Tennessee State University, and a bachelor’s degree in international relations and affairs from Florida State University.
