Janelle leads K-12 program development and implements new and emerging activities for SCORE’s K-12 priorities. Prior to joining SCORE in 2022, Janelle served as the project manager for educator effectiveness at the Tennessee Department of Education, where she led educator recognition and engagement efforts. A native of Alcoa, Tennessee, she is a proud graduate of Tennessee public schools. Janelle holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in public policy from Vanderbilt University.
