As a member of SCORE’s policy and government relations team, Madeline leads policy development, analysis, and research related to education issues impacting Tennessee students. Prior to joining SCORE as a graduate fellow in 2020, she worked as a K-12 education research assistant at MDRC (a nonprofit, nonpartisan education and social policy research organization) and interned for education-focused organizations including Lumina Foundation and the Indiana Commission for Higher Education. Madeline earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in public policy from Peabody College at Vanderbilt.
