An education policy scholar with an interest in the areas where education and workforce/economic development intersect, Zac is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Prior to joining SCORE in 2023, Zac earned a bachelor’s degree from UT Knoxville and a master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, and international education policy from the University of Maryland, College Park. Zac is from East Tennessee.
