Host David Mansouri talks with Dr. Dan Challener and Dr. Michelle Caldwell from Chattanooga’s Public Education Foundation (PEF) about the innovative work they are doing to prepare more students for success in both college and career.
Through PEF’s use of an innovative app called DegreeU, they are supporting students throughout the college search process to increase the percentage of students that apply, get accepted, and enroll at colleges that best fit their needs. A good college match can increase a student’s likelihood of excelling both academically and personally, and therefore can increase the percentage of students who actually graduate with a degree or credential.
