SCORE recently met with partners and former SCORE associates to talk about the progress of education outcomes in Tennessee over the decade since SCORE’s founding. Thanks to our many education partners and the leadership of Senator Bill Frist, founder and chairman of SCORE, we have supported each other in leading Tennessee from near the bottom of education outcomes in the US to making it among the fastest-improving states in the country.

As SCORE marks this milestone of 10 years in education advocacy and the significant progress we’ve made, our partners and friends share this Tennessee story in a video highlighting Senator Frist’s vision for SCORE. Their observations note the progress that we have collectively made for Tennessee students and also direct our focus forward to continue the work. Because the story isn’t over — we still have work ahead in order to achieve our goal: The best education outcome for every Tennessee student.
